Sauteed Pork with Peaches (2 slices pork and 1/3 cup peaches, 7 pts)

1 ½ lb pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 8 slices
salt, pepper
canola oil
1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 peaches, cut into ½ inch wedges
½ cup dry red wine
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp packed brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Place slices of porn between sheets of wax paper. With a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound to ¼ inch thickness. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in nonstick skillet and add pork. Cook until browned, about 2 min on each side. Transfer to plate. Add onion to skillet. Cook, stirring until slightly softened, about 2 min. Add peaches and cook, stirring until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook, stirring, about 1 min. Return the pork to skillet and simmer until cooked through, about 3 minutes.
