New Favorite Meatballs (4 8-meatball servings, 4 pts. each)

olive oil spray
2 egg whites
½ cup oats
¼ cup fat free milk
½ cup finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp dried minced onion
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
salt, pepper
1 lb 96% lean ground beef

Preheat oven to 400. Spray skillet with olive oil. In medium bowl, mix egg whites, oats, and milk until well combined. Add parsley, onion, oregano, garlic powder, salt until well combined. Mix in beef. Make 32 uniform meatballs, roll into balls and arrange on baking sheet. Bake 7-10 minutes.
